    Good-afternoon, 1. Thank you for your question. 2. Sciatica and stenosis are two different diagnoses. Acupuncture can help with both of them. 3. In most situations, six acupuncture visits 2 times a week for 3 weeks patients should feel at least 50% improved. If we see the improvement, then it might take another 4-6 acupuncture therapy.
