Sidney J. His career highlights include his contribution to the establishment of the Transplantation Branch for the National Institutes of Health’s National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Disease (1999) and the establishment of the Kidney Transplant Program at Christiana Health Care System (2006). The Transplantation Branch for the National Institutes of Health’s National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Disease is a research-based program investigating immunosuppressants and the mechanisms of transplant tolerance.
