Geraldine Anne Farrelly, LRCPI, LRCSI, DCH(Irel), D.OBSTt, FRCP(C), is a noted behavioral and ADHD expert on children all around the world. She is medical director of the Calgary Learning Centre and medical director of the Treatment Resistant ADHD Clinic. Devoting her service to those children with ADHD, she is well known in the CHAAD community (she is on the Advisory Board) and was inducted into their hall of fame. CHAAD is a supportive community for children and adults with ADHD. In addition to running the Learning Centre, she is an associate professor of pediatrics and psychiatry at the University of Calgary. She is also a Board Certified in surgery in Ireland by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, where she also first received her MD. In the past, Dr. Farrelly was President of the Calgary Medical Society and the Calgary Pediatric Society. A speaker at many international conferences on ADHD, she is also author of a chapter of a book on adolescents with ADHD, in addition to many articles written in pediatric medical journals.
