Amgad Yacoub, MD, FRCA(UK), FRCP(C), has a private practice in Ontario, Canada.  Dr. Yacoub is a pain management specialist, administering anesthesia to critical care patients. He has had a worldly education, beginning in Egypt at Shams University, then completing a fellowship under the guise of the Royal College of Anesthesiologists in England.  Dr. Yacoub is also a main fixture for the Rouge Valley Health System, two hospitals which serve East Toronto and West Durham.  His function there is both doctor and educator; serving as a teacher to nurses, residents, and paramedics.  They learn critical care procedures and the proper way to administer anesthesia.
