Dr. Van’t Hof returned to Minnesota in 2012 in order to complete a residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the University of Minnesota.
Board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease, Dr. Van’t Hof is recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. His contributions to the field have been acknowledged through various awards, including the Alan T.
