It is a six to 12 week therapy. It will take more time than 4 days. After 16 weeks, if you dont have good results, you may need to have them lasered off. It also depends on how big they are. READ MORE
Testicular Pain
If you dont have fever and/or chills, it may just be non-bacterial epididymitis, which I typically treat with supportive underwear and Advil for the next two weeks. If you have a fever or you have any urinary complaints, you need a urine culture and antibiotics. If you have redness, and the Testicle is warm to touch compared to the other side then I would suggest a scotal Ultrasound. READ MORE

At this young of an age, I think you should start with a testosterone level. READ MORE

If your exam and appearance of the scrotum are normal then it is probably nothing. If you think there is something wrong or your exam is not normal, then you would need an ultrasound of the area. It does not hurt to do an ultrasound. READ MORE

Get an ultrasound of the scrotal area to make sure it isn't anything to worry about. It may also just be a follicular cyst in the skin, which is like an ingrown hair. READ MORE

I see that youre on acyclovir. I doubt this is herpes, but it could be folliculitis or possibly a condyloma. The fact that white stuff came out of it when you popped it goes to a folliculitis. But someones gonna have to take a look at you. READ MORE
