Achieving fellowship status, Dr. Kletzing is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (FAAO-HNS).

As for his academic appointment, he serves as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the Indiana University School of Medicine.
