Douglas S. Paget, MD, FACS, RVT, is a vascular surgeon currently serving in the Office of Medical Affairs at W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc. in Flagstaff, Arizona. He holds nine years of experience in the challenging field of vascular surgery. Vascular surgery is a surgical subspecialty in which diseases of the vascular system, or arteries and veins, are managed by medical therapy, minimally-invasive catheter procedures, and surgical reconstruction. Dr. Paget serves as a Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Heron Capital Venture Capital and Heron Capital Venture Fund LLP. Prior to joining W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc., he was a vascular surgeon in Indianapolis and a Member of the Executive Committee of CorVasc. He is also a Volunteer Primary Care Doctor, Medical Director, and Secretary of the Board of Directors at Poore Medical Clinic, an all-volunteer provider free medical clinic, founded 2011 by Henry and Nina Poore, for uninsured patients on limited income living in Coconino County, Arizona. Dr. Paget’s medical interests include Arteriography, Endovascular Treatments, and Endovascular Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair.

When he is not working, Dr. Paget enjoys skiing and climbing mountains.
