Founding Physician of Farrington Pediatrics Continues to Champion Patient-Centered Care and Community Wellness

Rashida T. Saif, MD, a board-certified pediatrician with over 17 years of experience, is proud to announce her commitment to enhancing children’s health and wellness through her practice, Farrington Pediatrics. Located in the heart of Central New Jersey, Dr. Saif has devoted her career to ensuring that children receive the highest quality of care, with a focus on the unique needs of each family.

Dr. Saif earned her Medical Degree from Lokmanya Tilak Hospital in Mumbai, India, and completed her pediatric residency at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Paterson, New Jersey. Her extensive training and diverse background have equipped her with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional care to her young patients. 

Driven by her passion for children’s health, Dr. Saif founded Farrington Pediatrics with the core values of care, compassion, communication, and expertise. “I believe that every child deserves personalized care that addresses not just their physical health, but also their emotional well-being,” said Dr. Saif. “At Farrington Pediatrics, we celebrate milestones, address concerns, and work collaboratively with families to help their children grow into their healthiest, happiest selves.”

Dr. Saif is affiliated with JFK University Medical Center in Edison and St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, allowing her to provide seamless care in coordination with these esteemed institutions.

As President of the City of East Brunswick’s Health Advisory Council since 2025, she leads several community programs aimed at promoting health and mental wellness awareness.
