Dr. Amy David, DMD, is a dentist that has been practicing in Jefferson, Georgia since 2013. As a Georgia native, Dr. David followed in her father’s footsteps and became a very successful dentist and an active member in her community. She graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Davidson College in 2000, and also graduated with top honors and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia in 2009. Dr. David gives each of her patients, and their families, thorough and specialized care. She works to create a fun and individualized experience for her patients. While practicing in Savannah, Georgia, Dr. David was named as one of “Savannah’s Top Dentists” by Savannah Magazine. In 2017 and 2018, Dr. Amy David’s practice, Hometown Family Medicine, has been named as the “Best Dentist in Jackson County.” As a family dentist, Dr. David specializes in preventative, restorative, general, and cosmetic dentistry. Both her and her well-trained staff have performed successful fillings, periodontal therapies, whitening treatments, tooth extractions, and oral cleanings. Dr. David is also trained to treat common dental conditions, such as periodontal (gum) disease, cavities, abscesses, toothaches, as well as dental emergencies, like a cracked or broken tooth.

Dr. David has been a dentist for nearly a decade, beginning her career in Savannah, Georgia. She has been practicing in Jefferson since 2013.

Dr. David’s father was a dentist, inspiring her to follow in his footsteps. She graduated with a BA in Psychology from Davidson College in 2000, and also graduated with top honors and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia in 2009.

The core values and philosophy of Dr. David are the key factors in her success. She insists on not simply providing quality dental care, but to create long-lasting relationships with her patients.

In addition to routine dental care, Dr. David offers other services in preventative and cosmetic dentistry.  She is dedicated to giving all patients the highest caliber of dental treatments. His experience and dedication help patients achieve and maintain the very best in oral health. Services include fillings, periodontal therapies, whitening treatments, tooth extractions, and oral cleanings. She is highly trained to treat periodontal disease, abscesses, toothaches, as well as dental emergencies.

Recipient of numerous awards, Dr. David was named one of Savannah’s Top Dentists by Savannah Magazine. In 2017 and 2018, Dr. Amy Davids practice, Hometown Family Medicine, was named the ‘Best Dentist in Jackson County.’

Dr. David is dedicated to her church and volunteers in her community. She is happily married with two children.
