Get to know General Dentist Dr. Mehrdad Daneshgar, who serves patients in Coral Springs, Florida.

Dr. Daneshgar, also known as Dr. D., is a general dentist who is currently serving patients’ dental needs at Prodent of Coral Springs in Coral Springs, Florida. Prodent of Coral Springs specializes in all aspects of dentistry, including teeth cleaning, teeth implants, extractions, veneers, crowns, bridges, fillings, periodontal work, TMJ treatment, as well as general and sedation dentistry. The practice utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to provide gentle, family-oriented dental care to adults and children of the community. 

Dr. Daneshgar remains dedicated to patient comfort and quality care. He emphasizes comprehensive quality care and preventive dentistry.

Dr. Daneshgar earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Bangalore University in Bengaluru, India in 1994. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in Isfahan, Iran in 1996. Dr. Daneshgar has also completed several continuing education courses on dental implants. 

Dr. Daneshgar is a member of the American Dental Association and the Iranian Dental Association. For a period of 10 years, he provided dental services to individuals in need through the charitable branch of the IDA.

Dr. Daneshgar comes from a Persian background and a long line of doctors – starting with his great great grandfather who was one of the pioneers in the medical field with formal medical school training.
