Rochester Rochester NY, 14616About
I specialize in providing compassionate care and effective treatment for a range of mental health and substance abuse disorders. With experience in telehealth and in-person settings, I'm here to support you and your family every step of the way.
At my practices, Henrietta Psychiatric NP Care and B.E.S.T (out of Long Island), and previously at Villa of Hope Behavioral Health Clinic, I've worked with patients of all ages, starting from 5 years old. I collaborate closely with a variety of healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
Education is a vital part of my approach. I strive to make sure you understand your treatment options and the benefits and risks of any medications. My certifications and training include advanced practice nursing from St. John Fisher College, sexual assault nurse examination, and an in-depth understanding of psychiatric assessments and medication management.
I believe in a holistic approach, providing supportive therapy and ongoing education to promote overall wellness. Whether through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, or simply being there to listen, my goal is to help you navigate your mental health journey with confidence.
Let's work together to achieve a healthier, happier you.
