Dr. Chrisettia Morgan, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, a highly experienced healthcare professional, is proud to announce the launch of her new venture, Morgan Family Practice & Home Care Services, PLLC. With a mission to provide personalized healthcare solutions directly to patients’ homes, Dr. Morgan aims to redefine the way healthcare is delivered in the San Antonio area.

As a native of San Antonio and a devoted mother and wife, Dr. Morgan understands the importance of accessible healthcare. With 28 years of experience in various fields, including critical care, acute care, cardiac, women’s health, and wound care, she is well-equipped to manage a wide range of health concerns. Her expertise includes the management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and kidney disease, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs.

Dr. Morgan’s educational background is impressive. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Post Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. Most recently, she completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Walden University, further solidifying her commitment to advancing her knowledge and improving patient outcomes.

Morgan Family Practice & Home Care Services offers a variety of healthcare services, including in-home visits, concierge services, wound care, lab services, IV infusion services, and health and wellness support. Dr. Morgan’s goal is to provide convenient, high-quality care that meets patients where they are, both literally and figuratively.
