That depends on certain factors such as how severe the depression is and how effective the therapy you receive is. Depression can be successfully treated within a month or two or can take much longer but there is no way to accurately predict. READ MORE

I approach it by isolating the root cause of the depression and addressing that in therapy. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, CBT, as a primary mode of counseling while also using other approaches as needed. READ MORE
