Mrs. Kelly Navolt, APRN, AGNP-C, ABAAHP

Kelly Navolt, APRN, AGNP-C, ABAAHP, is a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and an ABAAHP-certified specialist in Anti-Aging, Metabolic, and Functional Medicine. With more than two decades of healthcare experience, she has worked extensively in emergency and critical care, primary care, and advanced functional medicine. Her passion lies in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and personalized, holistic treatment plans that address root causes and optimize quality of life. Kelly’s dedication to this forward-thinking approach stems from her own transformative health journey—transitioning from conventional "Western medicine" to a functional medicine model after experiencing remarkable personal results. Kelly’s formal education includes dual bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Health Education from the University of Nevada–Las Vegas, a Master’s in Nursing Education from Walden University, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Adult-Geriatric Primary Care from Northern Kentucky University. She has completed rigorous training through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Metabolic Medical Institute. In 2018, Kelly founded Healology Health, a Las Vegas-based functional medicine practice focused on anti-aging, hormone optimization, and whole-body wellness. She collaborates closely with other practitioners to ensure an integrated, patient-centered approach. Before transitioning to functional medicine, Kelly served as an emergency department nurse, charge nurse, and educator for over 14 years, later practicing as a nurse practitioner in both family and hospital-based settings. She also spent years as an adjunct nursing faculty member, mentoring and preparing the next generation of nurses. Outside of her professional life, Kelly embraces an active, health-conscious lifestyle. A former competitive gymnast, she enjoys high-intensity interval training, kettlebell workouts, hiking, and beach trips. She is a devoted animal lover and shares her home with her two energetic cattle dogs, Qamea and Ziggy. Her personal philosophy is rooted in loyalty, honesty, and accountability, values that guide both her patient care and her life.
