Get to know Chiropractor Dr. Allyson Nash, who serves the population of Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Nash completed her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University where she majored in Food Science and graduated with her Bachelors of Science in 2012. Wanting to further her education she then completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in 2017. During her time there she was on Board of the Sustainability Council and the Pediatric Club. During her time at Life Chiropractic College West she focused her training on pregnant women and children. Dr. Nash is certified in the Webster Technique, Zone Technique, and the Sacro-Occipital Technique and is working on her School of Applied Functional Medicine certification. She currently practices with per co-owned practice Moore Life Health. Chiropractic is a health care profession that focuses on the relationship between the body’s structure—mainly the spine—and its functioning. Although practitioners may use a variety of treatment approaches, they primarily perform adjustments (manipulations) to the spine or other parts of the body with the goal of correcting alignment problems, alleviating pain, improving function, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
