About

Hi, I'm Midlaine Richard-Pean, a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience, specializing in mental health. I’m passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, panic attacks, and depression. My approach to care is grounded in compassion and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of every patient.

I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, providing flexibility and convenience in how care is delivered. Whether we're connecting virtually, meeting in the clinic, or visiting patients in skilled nursing facilities, my goal is to create an environment where you feel supported and empowered to take control of your health. Fluent in English, Creole, and conversational in Spanish, I’m dedicated to providing culturally sensitive care to a diverse group of patients.

With a focus on coaching, I help guide individuals through the challenges they face, offering practical strategies to improve both mental and physical well-being. Together, we can work toward meaningful changes that lead to a healthier, more fulfilling life. I'm here to support you every step of the way.
