How long does chiropractic adjustment last?
Typically what I tell my patients is that a low back and hip issue can take a little longer to heal than an upper back or neck problem. The hip acts as a shock absorber when walking and if there is biomechanical problem of your hip the surrounding muscles will then become affected as they tighten to protect from further injury. The first adjustment will take pressure/pain down but may take a few extra visits to allow muscles and joints to perform its proper function And become pain free with full range of motion. Feel free to contact me for clarification. READ MORE
What's wrong with my neck?
It is very hard to determine the root of the problem without a thorough exam. Generally, the most common neck pain symptom can be relieved by stretching, strengthening exercises along with gentle chiropractic manipulations to allow proper function of the joints within the neck and restore your normal range of motion. Feel free to contact me with any questions you have. READ MORE
