What are the treatment options for myopia?
Wear glasses or contact lenses. Ignore it if it's mild. Or, lastly, laser surgery should you truly desire it. If it is mild (less than 1.00), I would use glasses only as needed for driving, ball games, movies, etc. Dr. LMJ READ MORE
Do blue light glasses really help?
Blue light blockers work for reducing glare, but only in dim situations. They can be overwhelmed by strong sunlight. They are great in lower light to increase contrast and reduce glare. They are used by some baseball players on cloudy days to make it easier to see the ball against the white background. Dr. LMJ READ MORE
How do you stop having watery eyes?
Watery eyes are usually a sign of dry eyes. This can be partially hormonal in females. The easiest way to correct this is to take omega3 vitamins. I particularly recommend Theratears nutritional supplements. Three capsules daily. This will usually correct the dry eye condition, causing your eyes to water. Dr. LMJ READ MORE

While it is possible to go away on its own it is unlikely. I would at the minimum recommend the use of warm compresses. A warm tea bag or face cloth for 30 seconds to a minute reheated as necessary as often as possible, no less than three times a day. Alternatively seek a ophthalmogist to prescribe a steroid ointment and or injection of medication into the sty, as a last resort there is incision and drainage of the sty READ MORE

Yes, pink eye and a cold often go together. You are potentially infectious as long as you have discharge from your eye. Don’t share towels, pillows, etc. Dr. LMJ READ MORE
