The doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began after she earned her medical degree from Osmania Medical College in India in 1995. She then went on to perform her residency in pediatrics at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan in 2004, and her fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in 2007.
A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), Dr. Bolarum is board-certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). Neonatology is a subspecialty of pediatrics that consists of the medical care of newborn infants, especially the ill or premature newborn.
