To begin his career, Dr. Fanelli earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California-Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry in 2015. From there, he completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine, followed by his fellowship in endoscopic maxillofacial and minimally invasive surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital – Harvard Medical School and the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Fanelli has and continuous to publish research in major peer reviewed journals, and lectures nationally and internationally. He is an active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
