Scaly legs
Hard to say without a photo but I would Imagine it is dry skin - ichthyosis vulgaris. Use NO soap over the arms and legs. After the shower use a nice thick moisturizer. If this isn’t helping try “wet wraps” where you put on the moisturizer and then a damp cloth such as long sleeve shirt or pants - pajamas. If that’s doesn’t help - see a board certified dermatologist. Wishing you the best. READ MORE

I have these spots showing up all over my body
It's not PR or tinea. Its low likelihood to be anything bad but seeing a board certified dermatologist in person would likely lead to a specific diagnosis. A visit with a dermatologist would likely only cost 100 dollars or so (without insurance) - just call ahead and ask. I think a lot of folks think that doctors somehow cost an arm and a leg - we charge less than a dentist, and less than most who are artisans or tradesmen(women). Less than a visit to your local mechanic, plumber, or electrician. READ MORE

Cyst removal?
There are lots of different “injections” / medications that we can use for anesthesia (numbing). I would ask which ones you have had before - consider a different one. Also just let them know to give it time to wait. Usually takes about 15 minutes to fully set. Also, don’t get a removal when it’s red and inflamed. It is an acidic environment and therefore the anesthesia does not work well. In my experience, many patients demand to have a cyst removed while it is red and inflamed - not a good time. READ MORE
Are these stretch marks?
Those are not stretch marks. They could be a sign of vasculitis. You need to see a dermatologist ASAP. Blood work and biopsy need to be done. Hope all goes well, JJC READ MORE
Concerning the repetitive use of anti-fungal?
You are fine to continue using it. Your derm should have told you that it was a chronic problem and would require continued use to prevent it. And this is totally safe to do - based. READ MORE
I have skin irritation?
