ABA Therapy has traditionally been the treatment to treat children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, no matter where they are on the spectrum. https://www.autismspeaks.org/applied-behavior-analysis Unfortunately, many BCBA's and behavioral health technicians have reported that children who are higher functioning are victims to absent parenting due to action or inaction influenced by society or "western culture" on the household.
