Back in 2010, Dr. Cary graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2014. Thereafter, he performed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2018.

A Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, he is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Academy of Oral Medicine, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and the New York Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Oral and maxillofacial surgery specializes in surgery of the face, mouth, and jaws. It is an internationally recognized surgical specialty. Oral and maxillofacial surgeons are dental specialists who treat conditions, defects, injuries, and esthetic aspects of the mouth, teeth, jaws, and face.
