Get to know Gastroenterologist Dr. Ravi Kondaveeti, who serves patients in Monroeville, Pennsylvania.

A fellowship-trained gastroenterologist with over 25 years of experience, Dr. Kondaveeti sees patients at Georgiades Surgical Associates in Monroeville, Pennsylvania.

Among his other titles, he serves as Chief of Gastroenterology at UPMC East Hospital, McKeesport Hospital, and West Mifflin Outpatient Surgical Center.

Earning his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University, Dr. Kondaveeti went on to attend medical school at St. George’s University School of Medicine in New York. After receiving his medical school, he completed a residency in internal medicine at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, and a fellowship in gastroenterology, transplant, hepatology and nutrition at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. 

An authority in his field, the doctor is board-certified in gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Advancing his efforts, Dr. Kondaveeti is an active member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association.
