About

Stephanie Phan, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist based in Aiea, Hawaii, who recently relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she plans to expand her practice. She is the Chief Operating Officer of My Integrative Care and the founder of the Kintsugi Center for Healing, where she provides neuropsychological evaluations, individual psychotherapy, and integrative mental health services. Her clinical expertise spans the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, chronic pain, and cognitive disorders. Dr. Phan’s path into neuropsychology was deeply personal—her father suffered a traumatic brain injury, and witnessing his challenging recovery, including the loss of some communication abilities, inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others facing similar challenges. She is also committed to increasing cultural representation in the field, striving to bridge the gap for communities underrepresented in neuropsychology, including her own. She completed her psychology internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in 2019 and went on to complete a fellowship in neuropsychology at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center in 2021. These experiences strengthened her expertise in brain injury, cognitive rehabilitation, and trauma-informed care. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Phan has served as an adjunct professor at Chaminade University of Honolulu, mentoring students and future clinicians. She earned her Doctor of Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and completed her undergraduate studies at San José State University.
