Nurse Practitioner
Tele-Health Provider Godley TX, 76044About
Hi, I’m Kyle Kessler, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in online medication management and brief psychotherapy, focusing on creating a treatment experience that truly prioritizes you. My goal is to keep things real and centered around your needs, working collaboratively to develop a personalized care plan. Your goals and expectations guide every step of the process. Together, we’ll also look at your lifestyle to identify any factors that might be influencing your symptoms.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I spent five years as a Registered Nurse in inpatient psychiatry. Four of those years were at John Peter Smith Hospital, where I gained invaluable experience and insight into the importance of listening to patients and working as a team to provide the best possible care. That foundation shaped my belief in building strong, trusting relationships with my patients.
My style is calm, approachable, and laid-back. I strive to make our visits feel comfortable and easy-going while ensuring we address the issues that matter most to you. I understand that mental health care is deeply personal, and I’m committed to providing compassionate support every step of the way. I’m primarily available on Fridays and Saturdays, with some limited availability Monday through Thursday.
Let’s work together to help you feel more like yourself again.
Treatment Philosophy:
My treatment philosophy is simple: I focus on you. I believe in keeping things real and centered around your unique needs and experiences. When we create a treatment plan, your goals and expectations are my top priority. I value open, honest communication and work collaboratively to ensure the care you receive is both effective and empowering. Beyond medication, I’ll consider your lifestyle and external factors that may impact your symptoms, aiming for holistic, sustainable mental wellness.
