From Northbridge, Massachusetts, Dr. Bruyere graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2005. He then went on to earn his Master of Arts degree from Boston University in 2009 and his medical degree from the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University in 2016. 

Furthering his training, he performed his residency in pediatrics at the University of Florida (Pensacola) from 2016 until 2019.
