About

Hi! I am Lisa. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes in providing a safe space to be vulnerable, so that true healing can begin. I typically work with individuals with anxiety, low self-esteem, mood instability, and anger control issues. I am comfortable treating any one of these things, among others. Seeing a close family member struggle with mental health issues, and the desire to understand and assist on a deeper level, is what attracted me to psychotherapy. Advocating for the significance of mental health awareness and effective treatment is what continues to drive me to this day.
I use a strength based, cognitive behavioral approach. I meet you where you are with an open-mind and without judgement. It is my goal to help you find tools to address the challenges that bring you to therapy.
