Four Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center proudly announces the appointment of Angelito Esteban, Jr., PT, PTRP, DPT, as the Director of Clinical Reimbursements. With a wealth of experience in physical therapy and a passion for patient care, Dr. Esteban, Jr. enhances the quality of services provided at this esteemed Brooklyn facility.

At Four Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Dr. Esteban, Jr. leads strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing reimbursement processes while ensuring the delivery of exceptional care. “Whether you or your loved one is recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or in need of 24-hour support, our experienced team is here to help,” the facility states. Known for its high nurse-to-resident ratio, Four Seasons is committed to providing personalized care that promotes recovery, independence, and overall well-being.

Dr. Esteban, Jr.’s academic journey began at the University of Santo Tomas, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2015. He continued his education at Arcadia University, completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. His research thesis is published on PubMed, showcasing his commitment to advancing the field of physical therapy. 

In addition to his role at Four Seasons, Dr. Esteban, Jr. serves as a Rehab and MDS Consultant at the Bensonhurst Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare. Since July 2022, he has utilized his extensive clinical knowledge to enhance patient outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance, further demonstrating his dedication to the field of physical therapy.

Dr. Esteban Jr. is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, staying closely connected to the latest developments and innovations in patient care. His success is rooted in an unwavering passion for physical therapy and a deep commitment to continuous learning, particularly in the areas of evolving healthcare policies and clinical procedures. He credits much of his professional drive and dedication to his mentor, the late Alex Santos, who instilled in him a relentless work ethic and determination. From an early age, Dr. Esteban, Jr. was also inspired by his uncle, a physician, whose example sparked his desire to pursue a career devoted to helping others.
