  • Just about any medication messes me up in the head

Hi, I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor, and I do not prescribe medications. However, you might consider speaking with your prescriber about GeneSight testing. This test can help identify medications best suited to you based on your genetic profile. If you are in North Carolina and would like to explore managing your anxiety through therapeutic coping skills, please feel free to reach out to our office, https://www.first-aidcounseling.com/. Talk therapy can help you identify your triggers, understand how they contribute to feelings of anxiety, and learn effective techniques—such as deep breathing, meditation, and grounding exercises—to manage those symptoms more effectively.
