Can I take Advil and Cetirizine tablets at one time?
I would avoid taking an NSAID which includes Ibuprofen, Aleve, Advil, Naproxen... during an allergic reaction as it can lower your threshold for anaphylaxis a more severe systemic allergic reaction. If needing pain control then I would recommend Tylenol instead. Ibuprofen and Cetirizine do not interact, they are otherwise safe to take at the same time, outside of when you are experiencing an allergic reaction.
