Brain function is very complex and is usually assessed with multiple tests as well as daily exams. Her doctors no doubt have ordered CT scans, MRIs and probably an EEG. Can you fix high blood pressure without medications?
Sometimes and fix is not a good term. Better would be control because high blood pressure is a life long medical problem. Reducing salt intake is the first step. For those who are highly motivated there is a diet specifically for controlling blood pressure called the “DASH” diet and I encourage you to look it up.
