A podiatrist, Dr. Cheng is training to focus his efforts on diagnosing illnesses, treating injuries, and performing surgery for people with foot, ankle, and lower leg problems.

Earning his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Washington in 2013, Dr. Cheng went on to obtain his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in 2018.

From July 2018 until July 2022, he performed his residency at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, after which he completed the SSC Sports Medicine Fellowship in Irvine, California in 2023.

With AACFAS designation, Dr. Cheng is an Associate Member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, having completed written exams and residency surgical requirements.
