Graduating with his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery Degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2012, Dr. Al-Suradi went on to perform his internship at the Ministry of Health of Jordan in 2013.
Furthering his training, he completed a residency in ophthalmology at Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar in 2021, followed by two prestigious fellowships, one at Medical university of South Carolina and another at Children’s National Medical Center (George Washington University) in Washington D.C.
Throughout his extensive educational journey, Dr. Al-Suradi has developed a deep understanding of various ocular disorders and treatment modalities specifically tailored for children. His two pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus fellowships allowed him to gain invaluable experience in diagnosing and managing pediatric eye conditions.
The first fellowship at MUSC (Medical University of South Carolina) provided Dr. Al-Suradi with advanced training in pediatric ophthalmology and pediatric cataract. Meanwhile, the second fellowship at Children’s National Medical Center (George Washington University), the first pediatric ophthalmology program in the whole world, allowed him to work alongside renowned experts in the field, gaining invaluable exposure to complex cases and refining their surgical skills.
