In 2006, she was appointed as an Assistant Professor at the renowned Barrow Neurological Institute, where she dedicated her efforts to studying Multiple Sclerosis through various independent grants. Dr. Kala possesses a wealth of knowledge in autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis, flow cytometry, and biorepository.
