Get to know General Practice Physician Dr. Phillip A. Helmbright, who serves patients as an onsite provider at several facilities.

A devoted general practice physician focused on both geriatric care and addiction medicine, Dr. Helmbright sees patients as a member of the Spartan LTC group providing rounding services at various facilities located in North-Central Pennsylvania.

Educated in the United States, he earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014, and furthered his education through the residency in family medicine at the Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital. He has also gained additional education by attaining both a Master of Science (MS) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

As a testament to his success, Dr. Helmbright has been recognized as a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP), a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).
