Our curriculum is designed to help patients overcome past trauma, prevent relapse, heal in their relationships, and learn skills to enhance in their lives.

Continuum Outpatient Center is a safe place for the community and creating new healthy habits. We provide an individualized approach with our masters level clinicians while utilizing holistic and evidence based treatment modalities — such as incorporating MAT and trauma-focused therapies.
