I have years of experience navigating health records systems and clinical portals as an MTM (Medication Therapy Management) Service Coordinator and, currently (part-time), as a Lead Service Coordinator. I support MTM pharmacists in delivering safe, effective, and affordable medication therapy services to Medicare Part D beneficiaries.
