In the fast-evolving realm of healthcare data analytics, senior analyst Jeanna Vail Krause is making waves with her innovative approach and unwavering dedication to improving healthcare outcomes. 

Leveraging her expertise in data analytics and financial analysis, Jeanna is at the forefront of solving pricing and contracting disputes at Cardinal Health, ensuring customers receive accurate pricing tailored to their agreements. Her proficiency in advanced analytical tools and software (SAP, CRM, Tableau, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Power-Point, Power BI&A, and Excel) enables her to develop tailored solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize operational efficiency.

Jeanna’s educational journey began in 1998 at Weber State University, where she honed her skills and focus in Health Information Management. A transition to Rio Salado College in 2009 saw her delve into Mathematics, enhancing her analytical prowess. 

Finally, in 2011, Jeanna’s concentration in pharmacy at Davis Technical College equipped her with practical knowledge in medication management and patient care, shaping her career at the intersection of healthcare and technology. She has since expanded her analytic and financial knowledge through hands-on experience and continued education, having earned multiple certifications to further enhance and benefit her roles in healthcare. 

With a strong background in health information management and experience as an MTM (Medication Therapy Management) Services Coordinator and a Lead Services Coordinator, Jeanna plays a vital role in delivering safe and effective medication therapy services to Medicare Part D beneficiaries. She is adept at navigating health systems and clinical portals, while communicating with patients, pharmacists, and primary care providers. Her focus is to improve healthcare outcomes and quality of life with each patient interaction.

As a proud member of the ASPCA Guardian monthly giving program, Jeanna attributes her success to the unwavering support of her family, the strength of her faith, and her dedication to hard work. These pillars have guided her through various endeavors, including philanthropic initiatives spanning animal welfare, economic empowerment, health advocacy, political engagement, and veteran support. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Jeanna finds joy and fulfillment in hobbies such as contributing to the Python Developers Community, interacting in data science and machine learning forums, and engaging with inspiring groups that foster her growth in Python programming. Additionally, she draws inspiration from her favorite professional publications like Money Magazine, Investor’s Business Daily, and Modern Healthcare, which offer valuable insights and perspectives in her field.
