Seattle Seattle WA, 98115About
Welcome to a new chapter in your journey to optimal health. I'm your dedicated Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner, passionate about guiding you toward a vibrant life by uncovering and addressing the underlying causes of your health concerns. My own path to wellness began amidst personal health challenges that conventional approaches failed to resolve. My symptoms ranged widely, from digestive distress and persistent pain to skin conditions and mood struggles, creating a puzzle that seemed unsolvable.
It was through the discovery of Functional Medicine that I experienced a profound transformation, and it's this same patient-centered, holistic approach that I bring to you. With my guidance, you'll explore the interconnected factors influencing your well-being—be it hormonal imbalances like challenging menstrual cycles or PMS, persistent digestive issues, debilitating headaches and migraines, or stubborn skin problems.
Together, we'll craft a personalized plan targeting these root issues with effective strategies for swift and enduring relief. The goal is not just to alleviate symptoms but to empower you with the knowledge and tools for sustained health so you can fully embrace the joys of life once more.
Join me on this empowering journey to reclaim your health and rediscover the joy of living without limitations. Let's embark on this transformative adventure together.

Hepatitis B
Hi, Here is the CDC website that references the recommended vaccine schedule for Hepatitis B: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/hcp/vis/vis-statements/hep-b.html Which category you fall into depends on what type of Hepatitis B vaccine you were provided. Typically, you only need to complete 1 vaccine series for Hep B in your lifetime. As long as the full series was completed, you generally do not need another. You can always work with a provider to have Hepatitis B titers checked if you are concerned that the full series was not completed. Hope this helps. Warmly, Dr. Christine READ MORE
I have a lump in my armpit
Hi, It sounds like you should see a provider in person to evaluate the lump you have noticed. I personally see my clients virtually so would not be able to evaluate your lump in the manner it needs, so I recommend reaching out to someone else that is a Primary Care Provider, or you can go to an urgent care or the Emergency Department for more immediate assessment and intervention. For health emergencies, call 911. Warmly, Christine READ MORE
