Offering Personalized Care for Children with Endocrine Disorders and Diabetes

With Compassion and dedication to improve the lives of children with hormonal imbalances, diabetes, and obesity.  Dr. Rimah Sharief is one of the well-recognized Pediatric oncologist consultants with numerous awards including, "Top Doctor" in Women in Medicine Magazine (2024 edition) and several research grants.

For more than 20 years, she dedicated herself to improving children's care and shaping a better future for them. In addition to her clinical work, she volunteers regularly in her community, leading youth health initiatives and participating in educational panels on health and wellness.

She is currently practicing at the Banner Children's Specialists Endocrinology Clinic in Glendale, Arizona, and worked as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Arizona.

Firmly believing in the importance of personalized care, her goal is to ensure that each child receives tailored treatment that reflects their individual circumstances. This patient-centered philosophy drives her to forge strong partnerships with families, empowering them to actively participate in their child’s healthcare journey. Dr. Sharief’s extensive training equips her with the skills necessary to address complex endocrine challenges effectively. 

With an impressive academic background, Dr. Sharief completed her fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology at Maimonides Medical Center in 2018, following her residency in Pediatrics at Richmond University Medical Center in 2015. Her medical degree was awarded by Upper Nile University in 2003. She is board-certified in both pediatric endocrinology and pediatrics, having achieved these certifications from the American Board of Pediatrics in 2021 and 2016, respectively.
