Laura Johnson has two decades of experience working with people from all backgrounds and cultures in multiple clinical practice settings. She has experience helping individuals navigate the transitions that often occur in life; including illness, divorce and grief related to all types of loss. She also brings a trauma informed approach to address adverse experiences. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic psychotherapy, religious trauma therapy and grief therapy.
