Treatment philosophy
Life’s messy, and so are you—let’s figure it out. My goal? It is to help you understand your quirks, strengths, and what keeps tripping you up so you can take charge of your story. There are no quick fixes or tossing pills here; we’re diving into your brilliant, chaotic brain. Power suit or grandma’s muumuu? It doesn’t matter—we’re doing the work. DBT, humor, coloring books—you name it, we’ll use it. Everything’s just talk until it’s not, right? We’ll tackle the elephant in the room, devise a plan, and make it happen. And if your complex OCD tendencies are screaming for control—tell them to take a day off. It’s time to build a life rooted in self-compassion, kindness, and a dash of irreverence. LET’S GO!
