About

All of us get stuck and need help getting up and moving forward. I am a psychologist who can help you work through this and any existing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I also coach people to help them reach the next level in their career and/or life. I use a holistic approach to help you explore your strengths and the things that prevent you from living your best life.

Examples include solution focused therapy, CBT/ACT/DBT, relationship counseling, coaching, emotion focused therapy, and exposure response therapy. I take a YOU-first, collaborative and empowering approach, and guiding as appropriate. We will use tools and an evolving plan to support your growth. We'll identify and set goals that fit you and your life experiences. There is no limit on what we can accomplish together and I am committed to our work, investing in both your present and future self.

Please join me in working together to help you find solutions, healing, and changes that support your goals and overall well being! I hope my training and genuine care for you promotes a place for you to flourish. I look forward to discussing your "right fit", whether it be psychotherapy, coaching, and/or psychological testing (ADHD, Personality, etc.)

I am credentialed with most insurances. I can provide a superbill or offer self-pay. I am part of the PSYPACT and provide telehealth in 39 states. Call me at 216-616-7386 or email me at drcapuanofant@solidpsych.com for a free 15 minute consultation now.
