Under his leadership, Southern Ocean Medical Center has developed a robust robotic surgery program, and Dr. Nangeroni made history by performing the first robotic colon surgery at the hospital. By utilizing cutting-edge technology, he ensures that his patients experience less pain, quicker recoveries, and shorter hospital stays, reaffirming his dedication to excellence in surgical care.
Dr. Nangeroni’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Muhlenberg College, followed by a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His residency in general surgery at the Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine further ignited his passion for weight loss and hernia surgery, leading him to become a vital member of NJ Weight Loss Doctors, one of the nation’s leading bariatric surgical groups.
