Naturopath

About

I specialize in integrative mental health. I had a lot of diagnoses and was not predicted to get better, but I did. I found naturopathic medicine and more specifically targeted amino acid therapy, nutraceutical therapies, NAD+ and peptide therapy. Now I’m on a mission to help as many people as possible with treatments that work and work extremely well. I specialize in supporting people struggling with anxiety disorders like OCD and disordered eating, psychiatric medication discontinuation (Psych med tapering) support, depression and mood disorders.

My approach is based on teamwork between you and me. As I learn more about you, we will continue to make decisions together. I see clients via telemed.
