Dr. Pearman is a well-respected podiatrist who joined Southwest Podiatry, PC in 2001. She operates out of the offices in Wytheville, Dublin, and Galax, Virginia.

A native of Southwest Virginia, Dr. Pearman graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree from King College in 1995. Four years later, in 1999, she earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine.

Furthering her education, she performed her postgraduate surgical training in foot surgery / reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Saint Agnes Medical Center and Nazareth Hospital. 

A Fellow Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Dr. Pearman is an active member of the American Podiatric Medicine Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the Virginia Podiatric Medicine Association (Fellow), the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, the Associate American Association of Women Podiatrists, and the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons,
