GSEP Emergency Medicine is an independent and democratic association comprised of over 80 full-time emergency medicine physicians serving 10 hospitals and over 200,000 patients per year in San Antonio, Texas.
Educated in Texas, Dr. Schuster graduated with his medical degree from the John P. and Kathrine G. McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in 1991. He then went on to perform both his internship in internal medicine and his residency in emergency medicine with San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in 1992 and 1995, respectively.
Subsequent to his training, the doctor attained board certification in emergency medicine through the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). The ABEM certifies emergency physicians who meet its educational, professional, and examination standards.
