Great Life Hacks for Improving Sleep

Set a Schedule and Stick to It

It might go without saying that setting a sleep schedule is one of the most basic parts of growing up and fending for ourselves. Even when we were little, most of us got prompted by our parents to adhere to sleep schedules where we went to bed at 9 or 10 so we could feel refreshed in the morning. However, leaving the house to study and build a life for ourselves often comes with new habits and customs, and sleep is frequently one of the elements which suffer because of it. Those who have trouble falling asleep can definitely benefit from setting an alarm; not for waking up in the morning, but to remind them of their bedtime at nights. With all the technology and entertainment on TV, it’s easy to lose track of time and go to bed late because of it. With an alarm, we are basically reminded that it’s our bedtime and that we should hit the sack or risk feeling like a zombie in the morning.
