Great Life Hacks for Improving Sleep

Set an Alarm

In the same manner, it is recommended to set an alarm in the morning which accounts for at least 8 hours of sleep. However, it is not enough to simply wake up with the first alarm; it is also important to avoid hitting the snooze for some extra sleep. Those few extra minutes of rest we get between snooze alarms are not effective at all, as there is not enough time to enter REM sleep. As a result, those who often sleep through several snooze alarms frequently wake up feeling groggier than usual. If the person simply needs a bit more time to sleep, it’s better to set the alarm to go off a bit later than usual, and avoid pressing that snooze button!
